Ultra-widefield Retinal imaging has changed the way Ophthalmologists exam the back of the eye.  Traditional methods of capturing the retina included, at most, 45 degrees of the back of the eye.  With the Optomap, we can now capture up to 200 degrees, or more than 80% of the total eye, in one single image that takes less than a second to take.  A modern marvel that has improved eye care.
